Gibson Energy Holds Hybrid Leadership Panel Town Hall

March 22, 2023

In conjunction with its 70th anniversary, Gibson held a hybrid Leadership Panel Town Hall meeting on March 16th. Over 200 employees attended the meeting in-person, while others joined remotely from Gibson locations in Edmonton, Hardisty, Moose Jaw and the U.S. for the opportunity to have an open dialogue with the leadership team and receive important company updates.

The Town Hall began with a moment of recognition of Gibson’s industry-leading safety performance and its employees’ hard work and commitment to Mission Zero.

During the panel discussion, CEO Steve Spaulding provided an overview of Gibson’s recent accomplishments, its leadership strategy and future goals. Vice Presidents and Directors also shared valuable insights and provided updates on their respective departments.

The meeting concluded with a Q&A session, where employees were given the opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts with the leadership panel.

Gibson is committed to cultivating an engaged workforce and fostering a culture of collaboration. Town Hall meetings like this serve as valuable platforms for communication and collaboration within the company. We look forward to continuing these meetings in the future.
