CALGARY, May 8, 2013 /CNW/ - Gibson Energy Inc. ("Gibson" or the
"Company"), TSX: GEI announced today that all nominees listed in its
Notice of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders and Management
Information Circular dated April 4, 2013, were elected as directors of
Gibson at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held earlier
today in Calgary, Alberta. Approximately 76.53 million common shares
(approximately 63.31% of the issued and outstanding common shares of
Gibson) were represented at the meeting in person or voted by proxy.
